Sorry to inform the nice people of Woodbridge VA that I will be changing the name of this website, since I moved to New York City I will be trying to come up with a name to show where I’m living at now. But before I do I just wanted to share some photos of the city with you. Enjoy!!

I-9 Sports – Spotsylvania/Stafford/Prince William Counties

I-9 sports brought the game to Veterans Park today in Woodbridge, Va., where kids got the chance to have some fun playing flag football. Little cheerleaders also got to cheer on the teams. It was great watching the kids have so much fun. Visit i9sports.com for more information.

Caribbean Corner is a very hot new spot where you could go to pick up lunch or dinner.The food there is great! the carryout is in Fairfax VA at 4008A University Dr. Fairfax,VA 22030. If you want to call ahead to place your order the number is 703-246-9040. I must say that this is one of the best Jamaican cuisine I’ve ever tasted, you really must try the food there it’s so good. Here’s a few photos from opening day with a look at the owner cooking up a whole lot of good food while his wife trains someone to work the cash drawer as his little helper puts out fresh menus.

Chinese New Year or Spring Festival is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It is often called the Lunar New Year, especially by people in mainland China and Taiwan. Today it was Washington DC where this Chinese holiday parade was held.

With temps in the high 70s, Veterans Park in Woodbridge was the place to be. You had a baseball game going on, soccer with no shoes, a father and son out for a walk, basketball, kids playing, and ducks and turtles taking in the nice weather.

Howard Homecoming 2008

Howard Homecoming had a few big names to show up like every year. This year however I saw Terrence Howard and Lance Gross and David Oliver and Hottie from Flavor Of Love. “I am very excited about participating in Howard University’s legendary Homecoming,” said Terrence Howard. “I am looking forward to celebrating with the students and the distinguished alumni of this great American treasure.”

Busch Garden Still Open

‘America’s Next Top Model’ Casting Call

“America’s Next Top Model” came to town today hosted by CWTV Paul Wharton at Potomac Mills Mall looking for the next top model. Contestants had to be 5â€™7â€ or taller and between ages 18 to 25. Hundreds of young ladies came out trying to be America’s next top model.

Motorfest ‘08
