Flooding on Route 1 in Woodbridge
Water overflowing from Neabsco Creek made a mess of Route 1 between Cardinal Drive and Neabsco Mills and Blackburn Roads yesterday. The stretch of Route 1 at those intersections was closed for much of the day as the creek swelled from the rain brought by tropical storm Hanna.
